Good Vibrations!

Good Vibrations make you heathy and happy

Most people that hear the phrase “Good Vibrations,” will think of the Beach Boys song with that same title. But did you know that by raising your good vibrations you can be improving your health?

In an article by vibration expert and healer Dawn James posted at holistichealingnews.com, Dawn talks about good and bad frequencies…

“There is agreement among science, medicine and metaphysics that certain frequencies can repel disease, and certain frequencies can destroy disease. This is the connection between raising your vibration (frequency) and improving health! Everything in nature vibrates at different frequencies. In fact quantum physics describes the universe as nothing more than vibrating strings of energy! Scientific research has shown that different parts of our bodies have their own sonic signature. In other words the sound of the cells of your heart differs from the sound of the cells of your kidney.  When parts of the body become stressed or diseased, they are no longer producing the correct sound wave; in other words they are not vibrating at their prime (optimal) resonant frequency. To reestablish or recalibrate your frequency, you need to understand how lower and higher vibrations affect your energy and health.”

My favorite is Tip #5 “Follow Positive People,” which goes on to explain that negative people “absorb and require energy from others.”

Personally I refer to negative people as “Psychological Vampires” that drain the life blood out of you. It’s great when you can dismiss them out of your life but unfortunately, there may be no way to avoid them (especially a family member). I will always consider the behavior modification therefore to be my responsibility rather than theirs. For example, the mother that is yelling at her child to quite down is sending a LOUD message to her kid- rather, a soft whisper is much more effective as a solution to alter the child’s behavior. Try to engage the negative person by bringing up positives about them and not letting them get negative, complain or get nasty. This way, they’re getting good vibrations from you and perhaps in time, they’ll be sending some good vibrations to you.
